Alice Rainka

Alice grew up in Kansas City and has been dancing all her life in almost every style – ballet, jazz, ballroom, Latin, pole, modern, etc. After receiving her BA from Hollins University and her M.Ed. from Rockhurst University, she began her career as a middle and high school English teacher. She began teaching Zumba and Dance Fitness classes in 2012 and has pole danced competitively across the country since 2014, winning first place in Washington DC and, third place in New York City in 2018, and second place most recently in Boston in 2021. For Alice, dancing is a fitness gift. It builds strength, encourages creativity, relieves stress, improves confidence, and allows for the best part of herself to come forward. She has always wanted to open her own studio and share this gift with others.

Erica has lived in Southbridge all her life. She has had a passion for dance since the age of five! Erica has fond memories of times growing up when she and her brother, who also had a passion for dance, would put music on and just dance and put on performances in their living room. Erica had the opportunity to dance with a local studio until the age of 18. At the age of 20, Erica became focused on fitness. She began getting involved with local gyms as another way to stay fit. Erica took her first Zumba class back in 2010 and was hooked! She became certified shortly after. In 2018, Erica had the opportunity start instructing dance classes, which she continues to enjoy doing today!
